K-STYLE SELECTS (the “Service”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and the rights you have.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following information:
- Account sign-up: email address, name, organisation, job title, country, phone, company email
- Brand management requests: proof of affiliation and the reason for the request
- Enquiries and partnership forms: name, company, email, message
- Collected automatically: access logs, browser and device information, and usage data gathered through cookies and similar technologies
2. How we use information
We use this information to authenticate members, verify brand ownership, respond to enquiries, improve and analyse the Service, and to serve and measure advertising. We do not use it for unrelated purposes.
3. Cookies and advertising
We use cookies to keep you signed in, measure usage, and serve advertising. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working.
We may use third-party advertising vendors, including Google. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings (google.com/settings/ads), or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info.
Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before advertising or analytics cookies are set; no personalised advertising cookies are placed before consent is given. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.
4. Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it except where required by law or where you have consented. We rely on the following processors to run the Service: authentication, database and storage (Supabase), hosting and delivery (Lovable/Cloudflare), advertising (Google AdSense), and AI-assisted multilingual content generation (no personal data is submitted).
5. Retention and deletion
Account data is kept until you delete your account, after which it is erased without undue delay, except where law requires us to retain records. Access logs are kept for up to 12 months.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal data at any time. You can edit most details in your account, or contact us.

7. Children
