Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of K-STYLE SELECTS, an archive of Korean fashion brands. By using the Service you agree to them.
1. What the Service is
The Service is an archiving platform that organises publicly available information about Korean fashion brands. Entries are sourced from official channels and reviewed with brand representatives, but we do not warrant that every entry is complete or current.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and must not share your credentials. Brand management rights are granted only after affiliation is verified; false claims lead to removal of access and may result in suspension.
3. Content you submit
You retain ownership of text, images and video you submit, and you confirm that you hold the rights to publish it here. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the Service and its promotion.
4. Prohibited conduct
The following are not permitted:
- Posting material that infringes intellectual property, publicity or reputation rights
- Posting false information or impersonating another brand
- Automated bulk scraping or activity that degrades the Service
- Clicking your own ads, or encouraging others to click ads
5. Advertising
The Service may display third-party advertising. Ad units are labelled “Advertisement” and kept visually separate from editorial content. We are not responsible for goods or services offered by advertisers.
6. Disclaimer
We are not liable for business decisions made on the basis of published information, nor for interruptions caused by events beyond our control.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with venue in the courts having jurisdiction over the operator's address.
